Our Mission

We at The Sanctum Foundation firmly believe in the culture of giving, no matter how big or small. That being "The Art Of Giving" which is the essence of humanity. Our mission is thus two-fold: to highlight the significant impact of this noble act of kindness with the purpose of promoting and reinforcing it within ourselves and others alike. The ability for people to share knowledge, goods and services for the improvement and uplifment of the individual, the community and the environment at large.

our vision

The Sanctum Foundation aspires to act as a vehicle aimed at promoting social development across the country of South Africa and beyond. Our main goal is to establish an on-going common culture of "Us" as opposed to that of "Me" among the people from all walks of life.

Our Objectives

To give people hope that as a community or a worldly family we can achieve and improve our livelihood by working together.

To create a network within the community of skilled individuals that collectively contribute to its upliftment and development.

To build support structures for community members to liaise with in order to aid and support them in bettering their environment and/or niche.

motivation

The Sanctum Foundation is a Christian based Non-Profit Organisation and we believe that there are many practical ways in which we can help God's people who are need while we share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with them too.  It is for this reason that we have partnered with God's Heart Our Mission Ministry in carrying out this mission.

KHOMOTSO LELUMA

Meet the Co-Founder and Vice President of The Sanctum Foundation, Mr Khomotso Leluma. Generosity and kindness have always been a natural instinct in my very being. So much so I had to find a way to balance it out or grow wisdom with the way I acted in these characteristics. I have been inclined to share with others and be helpful in a way that the need of others in the environment I transitioned through at the time may be met.

Although it took a certain level of maturity, to understand that I, in my own capacity cannot help everybody. We needed a body of people; a group of like-minded givers who could in their capacity address a broader spectrum of needs and have a dynamic thought structure to source from.

Ultimately my vision for myself and what I would like from the Sanctum Foundation is the development of a community center, a place where people of the community could use this venue to facilitate their dreams and develop their own communities further in doing so.

It is through this concept that an ever lasting legacy is established through the Art of Giving.
